First Night Monterey

Each performance ended with the Greek Village Dancers' signature dance, Zorba, danced to music composed by Mikis Theodorakis for the movie Zorba the Greek.

The music begins -

Darold leads the troupe in the slow, graceful beginning of the dance -

Then the pace picks up, as the music grows ever faster -

Time for a well-deserved New Years Eve bow by the Greek Village Dancers of the Monterey Peninsula.
