Greek Dancers of the Monterey Peninsula
St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church of Salinas holds a Greek festival at the Monterey Custom House Plaza each Labor Day Weekend. Our group's Hellenic Dancers performed at the earliest festivals, our Greek Village Dancers have been invited to join the festivities in recent years. We are grateful to the Greek Church for including us in this joyful event! Here are some photos from the 2000 festival.
